Collection: Tissot

Tissot SA is a Swiss company that produces luxury watches, founded on July 1, 1853, by Charles-Félicien Tissot and his son Charles-Emile with the aim of marketing watches in Le Locle, a town in the Swiss canton of Neuchâtel.

Among the innovations brought by Tissot, it is noteworthy that they were among the first manufacturers of wristwatches, around 1910, initially aimed at a female clientele, before World War I popularized them as a male accessory. Additionally, Tissot is credited with the invention of the anti-magnetic watch and the introduction of numerous improvements to automatic movements.

Among the most famous customers of Tissot watches are, among others, singer Elvis Presley, princess and artist Grace Kelly, actress Sarah Bernhardt (who bought a gold model at the 1900 World's Fair in Paris), Duchess Kate Middleton, Queen Elisabeth of Belgium, politician Nelson Mandela, and singer Carmen Miranda.
