Shipping policy
Our goal is to create quality handcrafted products with tailor-made customer assistance combined with an efficient manufacturing and shipping service. Thanks to our production structure, we are able to ship many products within 1 week of receiving the order. Weekends and national holidays are not included in working days.
Costs
There are two shipping rates:
- for orders over € 100, shipping will be free,
- for orders under € 100, shipping will cost a flat rate of € 10.
Timing
The shipment is carried out by forwarder, whose delivery takes place within standard times between 1 and 3 working days after the order has been processed. Islands, peripheral areas and bulky packages are excluded from the express delivery service. These may take up to 5 business days to deliver. The production time (where necessary) must always be added to the shipping time. There is the possibility to collect the goods on site. Orders are processed regularly 1/2 times a week. In total, for standard orders, the amount of days for delivery may vary from 3 to 7 days.
Events and causes of force majeure
Force majeure events such as adverse weather conditions and other accidents can affect the delivery times of the product. Orafa Nord Est SNC is not responsible for delays related to external causes not directly attributable to its work. To minimize any issues, we work closely with our freight forwarders. When your product is shipped, we will send you an email with all shipping information and related updates in real time.
